Our external doors are designed for use on exterior of buildings with composite insulated panels external façade. We can design your door with a variety of locking systems in mind such as emergency escape panic bar, break glass and euro cylinders with or without external access.

Technical Specification

 

Door Leaf

  • Rebated Leaf

  • 60mm Door thickness

  • Snap in silicone rubber sealing gasket

Finish

  • Stainless steel with circular polish finish and matt brush finish

  • Plastisol HP200 or PVF2 in a variety of colours

  • Food Safe laminated steel finish, 0.6mm thickness

Built In Frame

  • Frame clad in the same finish as the door leaf

  • PVC extruded or PE 500 polycarbonate core

  • For installation in masonry, wall anchors are provided

Face Fixed Frame

  • Frame clad in the same finish as the door leaf

  • PVC extruded or PE500 polycarbonate core

  • For large doors 10mm fixing bolts and Buffalo T nuts are supplied

Fittings

  • The door is fitted with a stainless steel lever handle

  • Locking by euro profile cylinder as standard

  • Tamper proof stainless steel hinges

  • Doors can also be fitted with a panic bar with or without external access

Options

  • Double leaf version with 'one active' or 'both active'

  • Back Frame
